As of March 19, 2020:  The Passion Plays have been cancelled for 2020 and will not be performed until 2022.  Refunding of ticket money will occur.

Is your Verein having a big event? Tell your fellow Gauverband members about it by posting it on this website. To make it easier to do, go to the EVENTS tab and fill in a simple form with details about your event.  It will get posted on the website in a day or two. If you have a flyer, you'll have to send that separately.  The Events tab is more informative than ever! Events are listed by dates and you can click on many of them for more details and a flyer.

Leo Mayer, a long-time Gaubeisitzer, passed away October 26, 2018. Leo was a Gauverband judge for more than two decades beginning in 1981. He was elected as a Director, or Gaubeisitzer, at the Delegates Meeting held in Buffalo in 1986 and served in that role until the meeting in Omaha in 2000, a total of 14 years. For his dedicated service to the Gauverband, Leo was named an Ehrenbeisitzer at the Executive Board Meeting in Buffalo in 2003. Leo was amongst only the second class of officers ever to be named to an Ehren position in our Gauverband.

The Bylaws Committee and the Gau-Ausschuss have finished rolling in the decisions made at the 2018 Delegates Meeting.  The Summary of 2018 Changes, Bylaws, Operating Rules & Procedures and Guidelines, and Preisplatteln Rules & Scoresheets are now available under About Us/Bylaws. 

The deadline to submit Christmas Greetings for the Gauzeitung is October 15!  In order to get the Christmas issue to you by the beginning of December, the greetings must be sent in/reserved by October 15. Even if you can't get the actual greeting to me by then, please let me know what size ad you or your Verein wants, and then take another week to finish it up and email it. You can send a pdf or jpg (high resolution) of a finished ad or words and pictures/graphics for me to finish the ad for you.  Ads will be in color.
