The application and qualifications for applying for the Paul Ulrich Sr. Scholarship are available at this LINK.  Each year scholarships are available to members of Gauverband Vereine. Deadline for submission of the applications is December 31, 2025. This information has been sent to the contact person(s) at member Vereine.

The minutes of the 2025 Gau-Ausschussversammlung Minutes are available on-line under "About/Reports-Minutes" or at this LINK.  An announcement has also been sent to the contact person(s) in each Verein.

The Gauverband Nordamerika is mourning the loss of our Gauehrenbibliothekar Jerry Fischer, who passed away on July 8, 2025.

Representing SVEV D'Oberlandler Milwaukee, Jerry was appointed to the newly-created position of Gaubibliothkar at the Delegates Meeting in Buffalo, NY in 1976.  After a short hiatus, he was then elected to that same position in 1980 and remained in that capacity until he retired in 2000.  In total, he spent 22 years in office.

Attention Singers!

If you have sung the “Deutsche Bauernmesse” at a previous Gaufest and/or want to be part of the choir under the direction of John Mayer for the Festgottesdienst at the upcoming Gaufest, join us for practice at 2:00 in the Pavilion on Saturday.  Make sure you’re in Festtracht though, as there won’t be time to change after practice!
