GTV Almrausch Philadelphia will be a featured group in this year's Oktoberfest parade in München! About 100 members of the Verein will be in the parade to celebrate their 100th Jubiläum. What an honor! Their place in the parade line-up is #6b, which puts them close to the beginning of the parade.

The application and qualifications for applying for the Paul Ulrich Sr. Scholarship are available at this LINK. Each year scholarships are available to members of Gauverband Vereine. The Gauverband Nordamerika is mourning the loss of our Gauehrenbibliothekar Jerry Fischer, who passed away on July 8, 2025.
Representing SVEV D'Oberlandler Milwaukee, Jerry was appointed to the newly-created position of Gaubibliothkar at the Delegates Meeting in Buffalo, NY in 1976. After a short hiatus, he was then elected to that same position in 1980 and remained in that capacity until he retired in 2000. In total, he spent 22 years in office.
