Hotel Reservations for 31.Gaufest Open Sept. 1!

Can you believe it's only 11 months until the next Gaufest? The 31. Gaufest will be held on July 8-11, 2027, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, hosted by G.T.V. Edelweiß Reading, PA.

Registration and hotel room booking will be available on September 1, 2026, and will be completed through an online registrar, which will be linked on the website. The hotel room reservation link on the 31. Gaufest website will be updated to book directly in the Gaufest block. The main hotel, Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square, is directly attached to the Convention Center and will be available for reservations first. As hotels fill up, a new one will become available. The Holiday Inn, our second hotel, is a 7-minute walk from the main hotel and convention space. The Holiday Inn is just up the road and is also part of Lancaster's historic district. We have a tertiary space if needed. All hotels will be under the same room rate, and as each hotel fills, another will become available. 

There is ample dining in the surrounding area, including two restaurants in the main hotel. The Plough and The Exchange, a restaurant and rooftop bar, are in the main hotel and there are many others next door or within a five-minute walk to discover. The Lancaster Central Market directly across the street, features different local vendors and is the oldest farmer’s market in America, started in 1730.

All event reservations will be done through an online system where your Verein can use a single account to track all reservations for meals, Preisplatteln, Ehrentänze, and other Gaufest events. This link will be available on the 31. Gaufest website until the registration deadline of May 1, 2027. The Preisplatteln registration deadline will be one week earlier on April 24, 2027. This information is all compiled on the Gaufest website.
