Meeting Site:  Delaware Saengerbund, 49 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713
 
Clubhouse Hours:
Clubhouse opens at 1pm on Friday for those who wish to come and have a bier.
There is no food for sale until 6pm and that will be a Schnitzel Dinner with a Cash Bar starting at 6pm.  Bars will be open of course but food starts at 6pm.  Cost per person is $15. You can pay at the door when you arrive for dinner.
PACKAGE DOES NOT BEGIN TILL SATURDAY.
 
Check-In and Special Meal Request:
For those who have asked for the Vegetarian meal you will need to see Teresa Vikari at the door on Friday evening to pick up those tickets for your meal on Saturday night.  DSB have envelopes ready.  One person from each Verein please.  
 
Please check in upon arrival and everyone will be receiving an Abzeichen upon arrival that is to be worn on Saturday and Sunday.  
 
Beverages:
DRAFT BEER, SODA, WATER and COFFEE are the beverages included in the meeting package Saturday and Sunday. All Bottled Bier, Mixed Drinks, Wine, Prosecco and Shots are CASH BAR.  DSB has an ATM machine on our property.  
 
Transportation to/from Hotel and Clubhouse
Carpooling is suggested as many folks will have cars.
 
Meeting Package Includes:
SATURDAY: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Beer, Soda, Water, Coffee
SUNDAY: Breakfast, Lunch, Beer, Soda, Water, Coffee
 
 
Airport Transportation
If you are flying in and requested transportation you will be contacted by someone from the Host Club, and they will coordinate your pick-up time/location with you.
