Delegates Meeting Deadlines Coming Up

A few reminders from our meeting hosts at Edelweiss Buffalo:

• Registration forms and checks for the Delegates Meeting are due by March 27th!
• Please make sure you fill out the registration form that was linked in the letter that was emailed. (PLEASE NOTE: This form is different than the form that goes to the Credentials Committee) It is very important this is filled out so that we can ensure we have proper counts for food and any dietary restrictions.
• If you need carnations, please make sure to also fill out that form.
• If you haven't booked your hotel room yet, please make sure you do so - ROOM BLOCKS CLOSE APRIL 1ST AND WILL NOT REOPEN.
• If you need to contact either Kristen or Sara, please refer to the contact information in the email that Janet has sent you.
