2026 Delegates Meeting Deadlines & Details

Hope you are well and staying warm this winter!  I am providing some details as we get ready for the Delegates meeting in May. 

2026 Delegate Meeting Information

This will be released very soon, and I will email the details to you once it is complete so you may make your reservations and submit your travel information.  The Agenda and Schedule will also be released at that time. The meetings are being hosted by SGTV Edelweiss, Buffalo, NY.

 

Gauausschuss Officer Nomination Form 

The Nominations Committee for the 2026 elections that will take place at the Delegates Meeting has put together information on how to nominate a candidate and how the election process will be handled.  March 1 is the deadline to submit your nomination form so that it is included in the meeting packet that will go out before the meeting.  Nominations can be submitted after that but may not be included in the packet.  The link below introduces the committee members and contains the link to the nomination form itself.

For any proposal or by-law change submissions for the 2026 Delegates Meeting, I am providing a form for your use via the Link below.  Please note the form should be submitted as a Word document and please only include one Proposal per form.
