We wear traditional Bavarian costume. Our fest tracht is of the Allgäu style. The Allgäu is one of the many regions in the Bavarian Alps. Each region has a different style, all of which bear similarities, but differences developed due to the isolation the communities had during the past. Our verein currently has six different Dirndls for the ladies, that when the blouses and aprons are varied create nine different looks. The men's clothing has fewer obvious variations. The men wear Lederhosen, "leather pants". These are knee length pants that are truly made of leather, usually black with gold or green stitchery on the sides along the cuff of the pants and in the front on the flap. The Hosenträger (suspenders) also has decorative embroidery on the front crossplate. The men own one pair of Lederhosen. They vary their look by changing their tie to match the prime color in the ladies' dirndls. During the winter they wear white shirts with a green vest. During the summer they wear the Lederhosen without a vest and can then vary their shirts between white, light blue check and dark blue check. Their socks can also be varied between kneehighs and Stutzen (ankle socks with a separate piece around their calves).
